Petrus Restaurant in Hong Kong

As a treat before we all departed from Hong Kong, we were invited for one last dinner at Petrus Restaurant at the Island Shangri-La.  We were not expecting to dine here but were happily and pleasantly surprised.  The food and service were absolutely top notch.

Colette Tim Raue in München

We were gifted a nice dinner in München at Colette.  I had heard of Tim Raue from Chef's Table but haven't had the opporunity to try his food until now, so I was very curious to try it out.  Fully aware that the Colette restaurants are a more casual and simpler approach compared to his Michelin star restaurant but I was very disappointment in the quality and the execution of the food.

A.Wong in London

As there are hundreds of great restaurants in London, we didn't even know where to begin to look for a restaurant.  The other day at the bookstore we quickly glanced through a book which listed the top restuarants in London and we stumbled upon one named A Wong.  It received pretty good ratings and had our last name, so maybe we could even be related to the chef :)
