Here are some of the delicious places that I have been lucky enough to have tried. all have been great experiences of food that i have fallen in love with or some that i did not enjoy as much. but with each experience i learn something new and/or encounter something different that questions my knowledge of food and cooking, challenges my taste buds and continues to drive my neverending CURIOSITY of food and cooking.

What an amazing dining experience, one that I will never forget. Thank you to Pierre Gagnaire for creating such delicious and beautifully crafted dishes that showcased the tastes and ingredients of Vietnam. I hope to be back someday.
