Here are some of the delicious places that I have been lucky enough to have tried. all have been great experiences of food that i have fallen in love with or some that i did not enjoy as much. but with each experience i learn something new and/or encounter something different that questions my knowledge of food and cooking, challenges my taste buds and continues to drive my neverending CURIOSITY of food and cooking.

Adams in Birmingham

As it was my parents first time visiting Birmingham, we decided to have one nice dinner. I had heard a lot about Adam's so we decided to give it a try and it did not dissapoint.
