Week 20

Exams have started, lots of stress and anxiety. However yummy lunches this week, hopefully this helps ease the tension a bit.

Week 19

A very good lunch week, 2 celebration lunches and an Indonesian lunch. But still nervous about my celebration lunch, this time did not feel so inspired as i did last time. Lets see how it goes.

Week 18

That half term break wasn't as relaxing as the first one, as on the first morning back we had our final theory exam and had to turn in our class project. So the weekend was studying and finishing the final touches of my project.

Week 12 Second Term

After a five week break, going back to school was a challenge and the first day back was quite tough. A hard first morning of cooking, felt like I was starting back at square one, forgot where everything was in the kitchen. And felt everything was in slow motion but the time just flew by.

Week 4

This week we actually didn't do much cooking as it seemed, as the first two days we didn't do any cooking. But as the week went on we did more cooking and prepping for either the day after or for next week like making the cake base, fillings, and pastry. So hoping that will make the following week a bit easier.

Week 3

Week 3 started with an absolutely insane monday morning, which maybe was a bit of a wake up call for us to move and work faster. But this early in the course, I hope everyday isn't like that. However it was just that monday, the remainder of the week thankfully wasn't so crazy.

Week 2

First full week of school, 5 days of cooking. What an exhausting week, as we are all slowly getting the hang of things. It's a lot of adjusting and as in life, you have some good days and some bad days.
