The last 10 days in the UK. I am excited for the next move but also very sad to be leaving the UK so soon.
Read MoreAlthough I did have another half term break in February it wasn't much of a break this time as we had both a portfolio project due and an exam on the first day back at school. So there wasn't much exploring however I did finish school mid March so after that we were able to visit a few places.
Read MoreA busy month back to school but at least its the second term, so I know now what to expect or at least I think I knew. We did a few more day trips on the weekend before the semester got busy.
Read MoreI had a five week break from school so we had a lot more time to drive around and explore. It was mostly day trips as I still had some work to do for school which included an extensive portfolio project as well as daily cooking practice.
Read MoreAs I had started school in September exploring became less and less. I was driving down every Sunday to school then driving back home every Friday night. So there wasn't much time left each weekend plus when exams were approaching, the weekends mostly consisted of practicing and cooking exam dishes.

Read MoreI was lucky enough to have lived in the UK for 11 months, 6 of those months I was enrolled in an intensive culinary program but we did try to make the most of living in the UK. We tried to use as much of our time exploring and seeing as much as we could of this little but big island.
