Yoghurt panna cotta, raspberry sorbet/ Joghurt Panna Cotta, Himbeersorbet
You can either order a la carte or choose the tasting menu, as it was a tuesday night we decided to go a la carte as we were not sure if we could sit through a full tasting menu on a weeknight. As we were many people we were able to try a lot and most of their dishes. we started off by sharing some appetizers and intermediate courses, I think the favorite of the group was the gnocchi with blood sausage. next were the main courses we decided to share them as well, our favorites were the trout, spargel and venison also the portion size could have been bigger. we were quite full but there is always room for dessert and as they only had three choices and many of the group doesn’t like rhubarb it was an easy decision.
we would definintley like to come back from the tasting menu as we could see some of the dishes at the other tables and it looked quite interesting. a lot of the food is locally sourced and even some of the vegetables and herbs are grown from the rooftop of the building. we would also like to try their one michelin star restaurant but will need to save it for another occasion.
