What an unexpected dinner experience it turned out to be. We certainly knew that the standards would be impressively high, especially considering it had received a one Michelin star last year, but we were genuinely astonished by just how consistently good and delicious each dish was throughout the evening. It became quite challenging to pinpoint our favorite dish because each one was remarkable in its own right and left a lasting impression. The chef utilized a wide variety of seasonal and local ingredients, presenting them with a creative twist, whether through unique flavor combinations or innovative preparations of classic dishes that we all know and love.
The service provided during our visit was truly amazing, and the wine pairing options presented to us were quite interesting and thoughtfully curated. Guests can choose from an impressive 6-course tasting menu, or if preferred, they have the flexibility to select individual dishes that suit their taste preferences.
