Wine and juice pairing menu
I guess the third time is indeed the charm, as we found this to be the most memorable dining experience at Noma to date. It all began with an out-of-this-world table presentation showcasing many of the unique ingredients we would soon have the pleasure of tasting. Some of us opted for the wine pairing, while others chose the juice pairing, allowing us to sample a little bit of everything. However, as we noted in previous visits, we discovered that some of the juice pairings complemented the dishes even better than the wine selections did.
Each dish was, as before, beautifully and meticulously presented, with every plate offering its own impressive and captivating "wow" factor. We found the flavors to be not only more interesting and complex but also cleaner and more vibrant compared to those we experienced during the game and forest season. Additionally, we genuinely appreciated that this meal felt much more interactive, which significantly enhanced our overall dining experience. There was simply no way to avoid getting a little messy while enjoying the exquisite food. Being there during the day was a wonderful advantage, as it allowed us to fully appreciate the stunning visual presentation of everything we were eating in the bright light. As in our previous visits, the staff and service were nothing short of impeccable, greatly adding to the overall excellence of our time there. We are so grateful that we had the opportunity to indulge in another amazing experience at Noma, and we hope to return again, curious to see how Noma 3.0 evolves into something even more remarkable.
