we were brought here by our friends who live in paris and who know about good food and where to go.


amuse bouche

Tartare de langoustines- façon « Pad-Thaï »/ Langoustine tartare “Pad Thai” style

Lieu Jaune de ligne- rouille, huÎtres, consomé paprika fumé/ Place yellow line- rouille, oysters, smoked paprika consomé

Arepas

Galette Saucisse/ Sausage patty

Boeuf de Castille- petits pois, tamarin, riz torréfié/ Castile beef - peas, tamarind, roasted rice

Maïs fumé- piment chipotle, dulce de leche, chichamorada/ Smoked corn - chipotle pepper, dulce de leche, chichamorada


it was absolutely delicious, no surprise there. our friends had been there before and knew we would like it. they had already really good meals there but they were impressed that it had gotten even better. I don’t watch france top chef but apparently the chef was on the show, he didn’t win but got pretty far from what i heard. so he opened this restaurant with his wife and since they spent a lot of time in thailand there are some thai flavors infused into the menu. we took the 5 course menu which was the perfect amount of food and you had a great variety of dishes. a highly recommend.
