Normally we would go for the tasting menu but as we had been eating so much and booked a late seating table, we decided to order a la carte so that we can try a lot of different dishes. besides the extensive meat and fish selection of dishes, they also have a few vegetarian options. we decided to order four starters to share, all of them were really tasty however the favorite was actually the vegetarian dish of chestnut and mushrooms. for the main courses, the black pork was very good, super tender and the octopus was tasty, slightly a bit too salty. But i am convinced that the octopus in portugal is a different species or is tenderized in a different way as the meat is so tender. the stewed fish and lobster rice was good but super rich, we could only eat a few spoonfuls. the desserts were also very good, a lot of deconstructive dishes. a recommend if you are looking for upscale modern take on portuguese food. They also serve lunch so plenty of options to fit it in your schedule.
