Our Menu

sponge chai cake, white coffee ice cream, lemon chantilly

smoked corn pudding, popcorn ice cream, toffee

I can see why it is on so many top restaurant lists, however it is very seafood and fish based menu, so not the right place if that is not what you eat. as it is a popular and trending restaurant, definitely book in advance but if it is full then you can put yourself on their waiting list and hope a space opens up, which happened to us.

the food comes when it is ready, although there is still a sequence. the first few items on the menu are individual portions but the rest of the menu all plates are to share, with heavier and larger plates towards the bottom. They recommend two to three individual plates and three to five shared plates for two people. each dish was very unique, interesting flavor combinations and textures. all of them had some kind of fish or seafood element. and cod bladder, never tired that before but it was really good, it was quite tender almost melted in your mouth, the sauce was very tasty it reminded me of oyster sauce and the peas gave it that slight sweetness to balance the richness. the rest of the dishes were just as amazing, super fresh ingredients. a highly recommend.
