what a great and interesting lunch.  definitely a one michelin star level food but without all the fuss and snobbishness.  the staff was friendly, explained each dish and its ingredients and they were willing to answer any questions we had.  truly a wonderful experience, i would RECOMMEND to anyone to try it out.
