after recovering from an amazing but long dinner at noma, we decided to skip breakfast but instead have an early lunch at admiralgade 26 which offers a Japanese choshoku on Saturdays. we had some rice, seafood, fish, vegetables and oysters with kombucha, a good way to start the day then we walked around the Christianborg Palace and Det Kongelige Bibliotek before heading to Grundtvig’s church. then a little rest before our second big dinner of the trip to the current best restaurant in the world, geranium.
