What a busy work trip, I didn’t get to see much of the city but saw many interesting and unique furniture during design week in milan. you could stay the whole week but you still wouldn’t be able to see everything.
We first went to the salon de Mobile at the large convention center, there was some interesting furniture but it was also so crowded with people everywhere and it was quite an exhausting day. the next two days we ended up wandering the city to different exhibitions and furniture stores to see some more new and innovative as well as more unique furniture pieces. it was a good trip to get some design inspriation.

as we were staying at a family friends place we ate a lot of simple italian meals at home, but we did also have a few chance to go out. and well you can’t go wrong with italian food, pasta, pizza, fish, meat…all of it is so good and tasty.
