A Week in Paris Day 5-7

More eating and walking.  Paris is a wonderful city to just roam around and explore.

Day 5 September 13 2016

Today was a very relaxing day, as the weather was so hot due to the unusual heat wave.  so to keep cool we went to visit the picasso museum, it was very interesting as there were many artworks that you would not normally see anywhere else and pieces that i didn't even know picasso had made.  definitely worth a visit if you have time and have visited all the larger art musuems in paris.

Day 6 September 14 2016

So today involved a lot of eating and a lot of walking.  we first had an amazing lunch at david toutain then we walked around the city to slowly digest all the food we had eaten. we then stopped by bon marche to do some window shopping and food shopping, so much to look at.  if you like food and wine, just an interesting place to browse around and across the street they have their department store for people who prefer shopping. we then walked around the palais royal, which was close to our next meal at verjus.

last day in paris:(  in the morning we decided to visit the louis vuitton foundation.  they currently did not have any exhibitions on display but it gave us a great opportunity to just explore the building.  there were a few videos throughout that explained the building from concept to construction to the BUILDING it is today.  the building which was designed by frank ghery is impressive and very unique.  definitely worth a trip even if there isn't an EXHIBITION and to also try the cesear salad at the museum restaurant.  after that we walked around a bit more to get ready for our last dinner.

the last meal was a bit more low key but still absolutely delicious.  please read more about the japanese french restaurant les enfants rouge.
