Here are some of the delicious places that I have been lucky enough to have tried. all have been great experiences of food that i have fallen in love with or some that i did not enjoy as much. but with each experience i learn something new and/or encounter something different that questions my knowledge of food and cooking, challenges my taste buds and continues to drive my neverending CURIOSITY of food and cooking.

Restaurant Palægade in Copenhagen

This was a list of recommended restaurants so decided to give it a try, we liked it so much we went back for lunch the next day as they had been awarded the best lunch in Copenhagen for two years in a row.
