We didn’t have any expectations so we were excited to see what would come. what an unexpected experience, the service was on point and the interior and atmosphere was very nice but not overly stuffy and the food was incredible. there were some japanese influence and ingredients which we later found out that the chef is japanese however there was more italian influence and ingredients used, an interesting italian japanese fusion.
we had ordered the 8 course meal but it ended up being a lot more as there were many pre-starters and an after dessert dish but the portion sizes were good that it didn’t leave you feeling overly stuffed or on the other side hungry. However I think the 5 courses would have been enough as most of us were pretty tired from the day at the trade fair that 8 courses did take a bit of time to get through. But with the 8 course menu you do get to try more dishes. a highly recommend if you are looking for an unique experience of something a little italian and a little japanese. there is also an Omakase menu/restaurant that only seats only seven guests that is very alluring but also much more exclusive.
