Enyaa New Year's Eve Dinner in Paris

For a special occasion we had to go back to our favorite restaurant in Paris.


The menu

1st Amuse bouche- Steamed fugu, white and brown rice, pickled Chinese cabbage, fish broth

2nd Amuse bouche- Yellowtail, daikon, Pear, walnuts, tofu white sauce

entree- Waygu beef sabu sabu, watercress, soy sauce, eggplant, half cooked egg

Soup- stracciatella tofu, black truffle, white miso soup

sashimi- Fugu sashimi, French caviar, Skin of fugu

tempura- o-toro tempura, Jerusalem artichoke, soy balsamic, pickled cucumber and sorrel

plat- Grilled fugu, sesame and ponzu sauce, daidai lemon, seasonal vegetables

Sushi- Toro, red tuna sashimi

Sushi with Soba of black truffle and mussel broth

dessert- Vanilla ice cream, matcha fanciers, strawberry


Back at our favorite restaurant in Paris, Enyaa, we celebrated New Year’s Eve with an exquisite dinner. The culinary experience was always delicious and consistently amazing. This year, the theme of the dinner was undoubtedly focused on fugu, the famed Japanese poisonous fish, which we had never tried before but discovered it was truly delightful. It was prepared and served in a variety of ways, including steamed, grilled, and as sashimi, each method offering a unique flavor. we also indulged in sake and champagne to celebrate the special occasion. Enyaa remains, and will always be, our beloved restaurant, making it a must-visit destination whenever we find ourselves in Paris.
