Back at our favorite restaurant in Paris, Enyaa, we celebrated New Year’s Eve with an exquisite dinner. The culinary experience was always delicious and consistently amazing. This year, the theme of the dinner was undoubtedly focused on fugu, the famed Japanese poisonous fish, which we had never tried before but discovered it was truly delightful. It was prepared and served in a variety of ways, including steamed, grilled, and as sashimi, each method offering a unique flavor. we also indulged in sake and champagne to celebrate the special occasion. Enyaa remains, and will always be, our beloved restaurant, making it a must-visit destination whenever we find ourselves in Paris.
