dashi gelee and seasonal vegetables
mackerel sushi “saba sushi” style
Salmon grilled with white miso and “dengaku” EGGPLANT
grilled eel grilled on binchotan coal with japanese omelette
normally we do the menu dégustation but we thought it would be a bit too much for lunch. So we went for the lunch menu which was plenty, as it comes with an appetizer, starter, main course with rice, miso soup and dessert of your choice. we added the famous mackerel sushi as an additional course, which should be added as its their signature dish and it is delicious and a different kind of sushi that most people have eaten. all the other courses were also amazing, we were so happy and grateful that we were able to come back. we really had missed dining there and had hoped that they would survive the pandemic, until the next time which i am sure won’t be that long away.
