All we were told was that this was a progressive Indian restaurant and we were utterly impressed and blown away. sometimes indian food can so heavy and rich as its full of such strong flavors, but here you still get the intense flavors but in a more delicate and refined way. the flavors and spices are definitely still there but you aren’t brought down by the heaviest. and each dish is absolutely stunning, the colors and the presentation are so inviting, you can’t wait to dive in after taking a picture, of course.

a highly recommend even for those that do not particularly like indian food. i think it will surprise a lot of people but in a good way. THe dishes are traditional indian dishes but with a modern twist by sometimes adding or using non TRADITIONAL indian ingredients and making it more approachable.
