We were recommended to come here by a friend as they said it was really good, the food and the wine.
Amuse bouche of oyster, squid ink puff and tuna on parmesan crisp. Love the presentation and really enjoyed the first few tastes, so fresh and delicious.

challerhocker croquette with potato fondant and rainier cherry mostarda. paired with 2017 justin trilateral. we choose to add this as a supplement course to share between two people, fried cheese croquet with buttery potato fondant you can’t go wrong with that.
hazelnut & cherry torte with hazelnut dacquoise, cabernet cherries, tonka mascarpone cream and caramel crisp. paired with 2018 justin focus. UNFORTUNATELY we were a bit disappointed with the dessert, it was a bit too sweet.
Petit Four, although already quite full from our meal, we had to try. and these were really good and a perfect ending for a really good meal.
Beautiful sunset view while enjoying our meal
what a fantastic dining experience, the food and service were amazing and of course the wine and wine pairing was exceptionally but that makes sense when you have dinner at a vineyard and winery. dinner reservations were very limited but we were not sure if that was just because of the pandemic or it was always like that, as it is more popular to go for lunch and do a wine tasting and/or tour. however i prefer the dinner option as i like watching the sunset and enjoying the cooler temperature. you can also have an option to stay over at the winery, they have a few rooms and apparently a big breakfast is included.
I had never been to paso robles before and didn’t realize that there were also vineyards and wineries in that area, a much closer drive and a less known wine area compared to napa. Will definitely be back to explore the area too.
