It seems progressive indian food is a thing and we were excited to try a new place.

what another delicious and interesting meal. although we just ate at another progressive indian RESTAURANT, their interpretation of PROGRESSIVE indian was very different. both definitely refined some classic indian dishes and REINVENTED many.

from the pictures you can see how much fun it was to eat here, the colors and presentations are so beautiful and inviting, you just want to dive right in. the flavors are still very indian but many with a lighter and fresher appeal compared to NORMAL heaviness and richness of indian cuisine. it is hard to pick favorites because all of them were so good, especially all the sauces but on the top of the list would be the ghee roasted cauliflower, dahi puri, seared sea bass and the paneer CACTUS roll. that sauce from the paneer CACTUS roll was so good we were covering everything else with it. the desserts were also just as good and just as pretty. I would highly recommend dining here, you will not be disappointed and if the weather is nice, grab a table outside its a nice spot to do some people watching while enjoying a delicious meal.
