We decided to try a new restaurant this time around. And this restaurant and the other restaurants in the group were on a lot of top Paris restaurant list, so it wasn’t such a bad choice.
Starters of salad, soup and sashimi ceviche
Gluten free version
Scallops with Pasta “Girolette” (durum wheat)
Yellow pollack fish with carrots and curcuma thai broth
Suckling lamb with olive and cashew CONDIMENT
Candied quince, chestnut soup and pistachio ice cream. Honey ice cream, 73% Guatemala chocolate, hazelnuts, and diplomate cream
What a lovely dinner, no wonder it is regarded as a top restaurant or highly recommended restaurant in paris. we decided on the five course menu with wine pairing as we had a small lunch and wanted to do the full experience. the waiters and staff were very friendly and ACCOMMODATING to our dietary restrictions, they were also very KNOWLEDGEABLE about the wine and menu. The food was very delicious, a highly recommend. They also have two other restaurants, one focused on pasta and one a bit more fine dining. we will have to try those next time.
