Xibo in Shanghai

It was so nice to be back at one of my favorite restaurants in Shanghai, new location but the food was just as good as before.

I was so happy that we were coming here for dinner, it has been a very long time since i was back and since eating here as you definitely won’t find this kind of food outside of china. they had recently moved to a new location, a newly developed area with new restaurants, cafes, bakery and shops. new location, new space, new interior but the food didn’t change. it was as good as I had remembered, there are some must ordered dishes like the meat skewers, deep fried bread, big plate chicken and any lamb dish whether it is lamb leg, lamb rack or lamb skewers. there are also many other dishes that are a must try like the thin pancake, fried potatoes, lamb rack and many others so i hope to be back again soon.
