What an amazing experience, we were first seating in the lounge area where we enjoyed our first few snacks or starters. each one had its unique flavor or fun aspect, all were small enough to eat in a bite or two. Each one was really good and was excited to find out what would come next. It is hard to choose a favorite as each brought their own signature, whether it was the flavor, the surprise element or the special ingredient, truffles.
once we had our starters we then moved to our table which then began the feast of even more unique flavors and dishes, and to think that everything is vegetarian. many of the dishes had some asian elements or ingredients but then with flavor COMBINATIONS mixed with other ingredients that are not normally in asian cuisine but somehow it all works. even the dessert with fermented garlic was a bit strange but also very delicious.
One thing to note don’t believe the waiters when they say that the wine pairing is reasonable, they do quite a heavy pour. So i would recommend one to do a wine pairing and the other a juice pairing. Let’s say there were still a few glasses with some liquid in there and the end of the night started to become a little fuzzy. But all in all, an incredible dining experience. If you are or aren’t vegetarian this is a highly recommend, you wouldn’t even realize there is no meat
