Our last meal in Paris this trip and it was the perfect ending for yet another wonderful visit to Paris.

amuse bouche- cucumber gazpacho with italian goat cheese and 7 cereal focaccia. a great start to the meal, the gazpacho was very light and refreshing. the focaccia was also really delicious, it was so soft, moist and chewy.

Creamy apulian burrata with heirloom tomatoes, 25 year old balsamic vinegar, charcoal tile and parma ham. the burrata was so soft and creamy it just melted in your mouth and it all worked with the sweetness of the aged balsamic vinegar tomatoes and the saltiness of the parma ham.

grilled octopus, corn, taggiasche olive, candied pachino tomatoes, feta. i love octopus and i especially love grilled OCTOPUS. i would have not thought to combine all these ingredients together but it worked well.

Spaghetti with truffles. it may look like a lot of truffles and it was, but the taste wasn’t too strong or overpowering.

the only they could have done was make the portion size a bit smaller, just for a main course it would have been enough but when we have already had so many courses and still another one to go. it could have been slightly smaller or we could have not eaten the whole thing but that is nearly impossible as it was so good and we didn’t want to waste anything.

Beef with cherry, artichoke and asparagus. the beef was very soft and tender but still quite red, so some people might not like that it was that undercooked. i am not a big fan of cherries in any dishes or desserts, i prefer to eat them fresh. but it worked in this in combination with the beef.

Tiramisu, mama’s recipe. and it was so good. one of the better tiramisus i have had in my life, it was rich, creamy but not too sweet. just the perfect combination of flavors also the perfect size.

Pavlova, creme ANGLAISE, berries, coulis. crispy, soft, light, fruity and just delicious. it was a great way to end an amazing tasting menu.

we were invited for this dinner, so we were along for the ride. all the dishes we had were amazing, there was not so many ingredients in each dish, so you could really taste everything and taste the high quality and freshness of each ingredient. however one CRITICISM, the portions could have been a little smaller especially the pasta dish, although I loved the truffle i was already pretty stuffed by then. for a la carte, the portions are great. but for a tasting menu they could have made each course a bit smaller as i was BASICALLY rolling out of the restaurant at the end of the night. we definitely needed a food break after this and after all the other meals in paris. but i would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this restaurant but keep in mind to come with an empty stomach.
