Finally summer is here, warm weather sunny and long days. But with hot temperatures there were also a lot of thunderstorms but at least we could finally end summer.

Read MoreNormally I am more excited for this time of the year as everyone gets in the holiday spirit but this year was tough to get so festive as all the christmas markets were canceled and large celebrations and gatherings were not allowed. It was a very quiet holiday season i hope that next year all is back to normal.
Read MoreAs the second wave has reached throughout all of Europe, we went into our second lockdown which meant that restaurants were closed yet again which meant more cooking at home. The first week or two it really didn’t affect us too much as we were still in our fast but then we ended the month with a smaller Thanksgiving celebration.

The weeks and months seem to blend together, I guess that happens when the world is still in a state of limbo and constant uncertainty. I really do hope it all gets better.

Being confined to our houses has been a huge adjustment for all but at least for me that means more and more cooking and the occasionally walk around the neighborhood when the weather has been abided.
